Center for Elders' Independence?

 

If you are looking for enrollment information or wish to schedule a presentation about CEI services:

CEI's outreach/intake representatives are available at (510) 433-1150.

They will answer your questions and arrange a personal interview with you and your caregiver(s).

We invite you to visit any of CEI's locations. We currently have three PACE Centers in Oakland and one in Berkeley. As part of our service, transportation may be provided by CEI.

Enrollment for this program is voluntary. With CEI you can face the future with peace of mind and a sense of security. Call to learn about the benefits of our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
