HOW DO I GET MORE INFORMATION ON CEI?
CEI's outreach/intake representatives are available at (510)
433-1150. They will answer your questions and arrange a personal
interview with you and your caregiver(s).
We invite you to visit any of CEI's locations. We currently
have two PACE Centers in Oakland and one in Berkeley. As part
of our service, transportation may be provided by CEI.
Enrollment for this program is voluntary. With CEI you can
face the future with peace of mind and a sense of security.
