Ailanis Capesius RN, BSN

Ailanis Capesius provides leadership and guidance for CEI’s clinics, bringing over 20 years of experience managing clinical operations in a variety of settings. She focuses on clinical improvements, facility efficiency metrics, and quality care while remaining compliant with professional standards, as well as state and federal regulations. Prior to joining CEI in 2022, she was the Executive Director of Home Health Operations at Kindred at Home in Modesto, where she supported a multidisciplinary clinical staff serving seniors in the community.

Hailing from Canada, she began her nursing career in acute care hospitals, working in a variety of specialty areas over the years. Believing that the best way to learn about a new culture is to jump right in, she took her career abroad to Saudi Arabia for four years, where she worked as a hospital Oncology Department Director. She has also worked in Florida and Washington states before moving to California.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. In her free time, she enjoys both taking in the bounty and beauty of nature, and unleashing her creativity through cooking, painting, photography and much more.
