Bing Isenberg

Bing Isenberg has more than 20 years of experience in financial management and analysis beginning in banking, insurance and investment corporations on the East Coast. Before joining CEI in 2006, she served as the Controller at Kaiser Permanente in Walnut Creek for four years.

She brings a broad range of both of operational and corporate financial management skills to CEI’s growing organization. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for external and internal audits, compliance with all financial regulations, cash and risk management, government reporting, budgeting, general accounting, management of accounts payable and supporting the volunteer Board finance committees.

Born and raised in a diplomat family, Bing came to the US in 1986. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Midwestern State University, Texas, and a master’s degree in management information systems at Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

Married with two children, she enjoys traveling, walking and reading in her leisure time.
