As the weather warms up, trees grow, flowers bud and bulbs produce bright colors and there’s a natural urge to come out of hibernation and for many of us to start getting our hands dirty. While gardening can be a great form of exercise and stress relief, it can also improve your cardiovascular health. And now that the weather is getting warmer, we’ve put together 5 fun activities to keep you active.
