Marilyn Sargent

Marilyn Sargent, Vice President of Clinical Services, is an advanced practice nurse and senior healthcare executive who has been involved in strategic management and implementation of innovative programs for over 35 years. She has been a leader in the healthcare profession, serving on numerous boards and committees, directing a Palliative Care Program at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, launching a population management program at Kaiser Permanente, as well as working as an independent consultant to numerous hospitals and agencies. Her strengths lie in her abilities to be integrative, to problem solve, and to provide innovative solutions to barriers in effective care. She is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco, where she is on the Nursing Alumni Board of Directors.
