Tricia Macilwaine, RN, BSN

As Director of In-Home Services, Tricia Macilwaine brings more than 30 years of nursing and management experience in hospitals, emergency departments, residential care facilities, and home health companies. She has also served as a legal nurse consultant and expert witness. Before joining CEI, she was Administrator of Care Management for a Bay Area home care company where she provided RN assessments, and oversaw care management, hiring, and daily operations. She has also created and presented educational programs for small in-person groups, in-person and Zoom conferences, private TV stations, and YouTube.

Tricia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Columbia University in New York City. She is the proud mom of four children. She enjoys spending time at the beach with her dog, traveling, and being with friends and family.
