Vic Gellon

Vic Gellon joined Center for Elders’ Independence in May of 2011 as Director of Business Development and Corporate Initiatives. In this role he helps prepare and position CEI to take advantage of opportunities for future growth in the rapidly changing healthcare environment. Vic is responsible for evaluating opportunities for strategic improvements including identifying emerging trends, recommending new strategies to grow the organization and communicating, implementing and sustaining strategic growth initiatives. His focus is to direct strategic initiatives that diversify CEI into new service lines as well as enhance existing operations with industry best practices.

Prior to CEI, Vic spent over four years in the SNF industry in executive management for an organization that owned and operated more than 12 skilled nursing facilities. In that capacity he helped to financially evaluate and drive strategic real estate development opportunities, and became an integral part of their investor relations efforts and financing programs. Vic has also worked for a number of large high-tech firms, holding key roles in Marketing, Project Management, and Spend Management.
