Our Clinical Care team includes:

The Clinical Care team deliver comprehensive medical care to seniors by helping them manage chronic conditions, coordinating treatments, and developing personalized care plans to ensure the well-being of our participants.

The Therapeutic Care team offers rehabilitation, emotional support, and nutritional support services to our participants with the goal of improving mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. We focus on helping seniors thrive physically, emotionally, and socially as they age.

Our Home Care team consists of home health nurses and care coordinators who provide our participants in-home support with in-home assessments, personal care, in-home skilled nursing care, and medical monitoring. By addressing safety and health needs, we enable seniors to maintain their independence and dignity at home.

What can I expect during CEI’s hiring process?

Our top priority is facilitating a fair, inclusive and transparent process for every candidate. Here's how we do it:

  1. Application
    • Search open jobs to find the right opportunity for you and express your interest by submitting an application.
    • Once your application is received, our recruiting team will review your application to see if you meet the qualifications listed on the job description. In the meantime, we recommend you getting to know the CEI organization by browsing our website.
  2. Conversation
    • A member of our recruiting team manages every job opening in partnership with the hiring manager. If you meet the qualifications and are selected to move forward, they'll reach out to schedule a call to learn more about you and ask some basic questions.
    • After the initial call, we may also schedule a video call with the hiring manager or another team member. At this stage, they’ll ask more detailed questions about your experience, skills, and expertise.
  3. Interview
    • If you are selected to move to the interview phase, you’ll next meet with the interview team members. Each interview will focus on competencies and skills applicable to the role and is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn more about the role and ask any questions you have.
    • Every interviewer takes notes to share back with the hiring team.
  4. Decision
    • In the final stage of our hiring process, the hiring manager will make a thoughtful decision on each candidate’s potential for success in the role. This phase may include our recruiting team making a verbal offer and a request for references before extending a formal written offer. We appreciate your patience during this period – we know it isn’t easy to wait.
