About PACE

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is the gold standard of senior care because our senior care experts engage with participants and spend time with each individual to understand their wishes and changing needs and accommodate them appropriately.

PACE includes everything from social activities that foster new memories and friendships, to medical and home care, providing seniors with nutritious meals and transportation to our center, appointments, and CEI-planned outings.

As a part of PACE, we include care coordination as a fundamental aspect of our services. This involves creating a care plan tailored to each senior's needs so they can maintain their independence with our support.

How much does PACE cost?

Our goal is that cost is not a barrier to joining Center for Elders’ Independence. Medicare and Medi-Cal reimburse CEI for care. If you are enrolled in Medicare and Medi-Cal, you will pay nothing, or you will pay your Medi-Cal “share of cost.”  CEI also accepts people enrolled only in Medi-Cal and people who want to pay privately.
