Can we submit one claim for all members or are individual claims needed?
You will need to submit one claim per member.
How will approvals and denials be sent back to providers?
You can see determinations on the secure portal in real time, otherwise providers will receive a letter/fax with the determination.
What's the turnaround time for claims processing?
Turnaround time is dependent on the receipt of the claim which would be 30 days from the date received.
What's the turnaround time for appeals decisions?
Turnaround time is dependent on the receipt of the appeal which would be 120 days from the date of service.
